Ashy Macbean's Vegetarian recipes

This is a collection of recipes based on a variety of inspirations from places I've visited. Many are original creations, some were gifts, some are the result of guess-work, poking around in veggie dishes in restaurants and some are my interpretations of well-known standards. None of the recipes require eggs and most of them are suitable for vegans. The others are easily adapted.

I've employed two methods of indexing the recipes on my site. Via the link on the right you can reach pages with the recipes grouped according to the type of dish - breakfasts, soups, desserts etc. The link on the left will take you to pages where the recipes are grouped according to the main ingredient.
